Here’s a solution: the CryptoTag Zeus, a metal seed phrase storage system. Using this, the seed phrase can be stored on titanium plates that withstand high temperatures (1665°C/3029°F). This storage works with all seed phrase-based wallets like Metamask, Ledger, or Trezor. To convert seed phrases to numbers, a book with the BIP39 word list is used, allowing conversion from words to numbers and back again. This setup process took about 15 minutes.

It certainly increases the security of stored seed phrases. Setup takes a little time, but once done, the titanium plates can be stored indefinitely, making it great for long-term storage. It’s not ideal for frequently used wallets since deciphering numbers back into words takes a while. For the added protection Zeus offers, it’s not that expensive.
