Setting Up Your Acurast Miner

• Open the app, click “Get Started,” then tap “Connect Lite” under “Acurast Hub.”
• On a computer or another phone, go to hub.acurast.com, click “Deploy Now,” then “Connect,” and select “Acurast Lite” to get a QR code.
• Scan the QR code with the phone’s app and hit “Accept” to tie it to your Acurast account.
• Go to “Balances” on the Hub, click “Fund Account,” and complete the captcha for free testnet tokens.
• In the app, tap “Provide Compute” and hit “Activate” to start mining ~250 cACU/month.

Processor Core Setup:

• Factory reset a spare phone (Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Erase Everything). This wipes all data, so use a dedicated device.
• On a computer or another phone, visit console.acurast.com, click “Get Started,” and connect a Metamask wallet.
• Click “Fund Account” for free testnet tokens, then go to “Devices” and select “Add New Device” to get a QR code.
• On the reset phone, tap the screen 8-10 times to open the camera, scan the QR code, and follow prompts (hit “Next” a few times). The phone connects and starts mining automatically.
• Keep it plugged in and on Wi-Fi for ~250 cACU/month or more.

Pro Tip: Add one phone at a time and refresh the Hub/Metamask to avoid glitches. If a phone shows “inactive” or “not attested,” factory reset and try again.
