GEODNET Miner Hub: Your Ultimate Guide to GEOD Mining & Rewards
What is GEODNET?
GEODNET is a decentralized GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) network delivering centimeter-accurate location data through more than 22,000 active reference stations across 170+ countries as of August 2026. By contributing real-time satellite data, miners earn GEOD tokens, powering applications in autonomous robotics, precision agriculture, construction, and the emerging Physical AI economy. With more than US$11 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and a post-halving net-deflationary token structure, GEODNET has built real infrastructure with real commercial traction.
Why It Matters: GEODNET's Decentralized Edge
GEODNET's decentralized approach democratizes high-precision GNSS, rewarding miners for their data contributions while supporting industries reliant on accurate positioning. Its RTK technology, tracking L1, L2, and L5 frequencies across GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and BeiDou, ensures 1-2cm accuracy, a 55x improvement over standard GPS. 80% of all commercial RTK data revenue goes directly to buying GEOD on the open market and permanently burning it. Since the June 2026 halving, burns have equaled or exceeded new issuance, making the network net-deflationary. GEOD is listed on Coinbase (since June 2026), Upbit, Bithumb, and multiple other exchanges.
Network Snapshot (August 2026)
- Active stations: 22,000+ across 170+ countries and 10,000+ cities
- Annual recurring revenue: more than US$11 million (80% used for buy-and-burn)
- Monthly burns: ~$722k (June 2026), ~$736k (July 2026); cumulative 58M+ GEOD burned
- Base mining reward: up to 6 GEOD/day (post July 2026 halving; subject to RRR, hex status and multipliers)
- GEOD circulating supply: ~442-457M of a 1B max supply
- RTK data delivered: 300,000+ GB
- Long-term target: 100,000 evenly distributed stations globally

How to Get Started with GEODNET
Setting up your GEODNET miner is simple and takes less than 15 minutes with the right location and tools. Only triple-band certified hardware is currently eligible for rewards. Here is what you need:
- What You Need: A certified triple-band GNSS base station (such as the Hyfix MobileCM), a clear sky view (10-degree minimum), and a 5V, 2.5A power source.
- Steps: Mount the antenna on a 0.3m pole, connect the 9m coaxial cable, power via USB-C, configure WiFi at 192.168.4.1, and register on console.geodnet.com.
- Pro Tip: Use a smart switch for remote reboots and monitor RRR on the console for optimal performance. Always verify the latest certified hardware list at docs.geodnet.com.
- Power draw is less than 2 watts; data upload runs 10-20 GB per month.
Reward Structure
Current base mining reward (July 2026 - June 2027): up to 6 GEOD/day for a triple-band station with 98% RRR. Rewards halve every 30 June. Check live GEOD price on CoinMarketCap or console.geodnet.com for current USD equivalent. Actual earnings depend on your RRR score, hex occupancy, and any active multipliers.
- Location NFT: The first station in a hex that maintains 98% RRR for 30 consecutive days earns the Location NFT and receives its own full reward pool with no sharing with other non-NFT stations in the same hex. The NFT is distributed automatically once criteria are met.
- SuperHex / StableHex multipliers: High-demand commercial hexes offer reward multipliers after staking GEOD. SuperHex currently offers up to 4x; StableHex up to 6x for stations meeting uptime rules.
- Empty-hex bonus: Full base rewards if yours is the only station in a hex.
Why 2026 Is Still a Strong Time to Start
The network passed its second halving in June 2026 and immediately went net-deflationary, meaning burns now exceed new issuance. GEOD was listed on Coinbase in June 2026, followed by major South Korean exchanges Upbit and Bithumb in July 2026. Enterprise adoption is accelerating: Trimble, Hexagon, and Topcon are now renting GEODNET network access alongside competing with it. GEODNET positions itself as the precision layer for Physical AI and the robot economy, with real customers in agriculture, construction, robotics, drones, and autonomous systems. With 22,000+ stations deployed toward a 100,000-station target, the network is growing, the revenue is real, and the tokenomics are deflationary.
